Shipments

Pharmacy Pasquino sent by express courier GLS or DHL or in a time ranging from 1 to 3 working days (time varies due to the number of simultaneous orders to be processed) throughout Italy from the time of order confirmation and after payment in case of wire or electronic charts.
The delivery time for abroad varies according to the state of delivery, the average is about 3 working days.

The cost of this service is clearly stated during the purchase process and varies according to the amount of the order and destination of the shipment.

Costs for Italy

- € 4.90 to € 39.00 spending

- FREE over the spending of € 39.00

For payments on delivery are always applied commissions of payment to the carrier which amounted to 1.5 % of the order (minimum € 3.50).

For uncomfortable place the cost is € 10 for orders with spending less than € 39.00 while for orders above € 39.00 the cost will be reduced to € 5.00.

For the smaller islands and the Venetian lagoon the cost will be fixed for any amount to € 15.00.

In the rare cases in which one or more products are not available (for out of stock, lots unsaleable, retreats from companies) customer service will notify you by email on the estimated delivery times and the most advantageous solution of the case for the consumer.

In the presence of promotions (half price, special coupons, free shipping, etc, etc ...) , strikes the courier or adversity not predictable (bad weather, etc, etc ...) shipping times could stretch up to twice the normalcy.

International Shipping

For international shipments, only payment with PayPal or bank transfer

Shipments will only take place in the countries that make up the European community.
The costs are valid for parcels up to 3 kg in weight.
In the case of orders with a higher weight you will be contacted and you will be informed of the actual cost of the shipment: in the event that it is not possible to integrate the shipping costs with the sum requested, it will be possible to cancel the order by receiving a full refund for the amount paid and without any additional charge.
5.00 € surcharge for international shipments to remote areas.
The shipment will take place by DHL express courier service which will guarantee delivery in 48/72 hours throughout the European community.
The tracking service of the product is offered by DHL, via an email generated after the shipment.

The costs and limits of gratuity are valid for packages up to 3 Kg.
In the case of orders weighing more will be contacted and give you the actual cost of shipping: if it were not possible to integrate shipping charges with the required amount, you can cancel the order getting the full refund for the amount paid and no additional charge.
